Terms and Conditions
By participating in this workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Workshop Overview
This is a private, in-person workshop for a maximum of 4 participants held at my home address.
Each participant will be taught basic piping techniques to create buttercream flowers including:
Making, colouring and storing buttercream
Flat icing a cupcake
How to use piping tips and piping bags for various effects
How to pipe a rose using 3 methods
How to pipe tulips with Russian mini nozzles
How to pipe leaves and foliage
How to correct mistakes
How to deal with common piping problems
Participants will decorate 7 cupcakes and create a cupcake bouquet to take home, along with the paperwork used in the session.
2. Location
The workshop address will be provided after booking confirmation.
By attending, you agree to respect the privacy and property of my home.
3. Health and Safety
Please advise me in advance of any food allergies. Buttercream and cupcake ingredients may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts).
You must follow all safety instructions during the session, including the proper use of tools and hygiene practices.
The kitchen and all surfaces are cleaned prior to the session; however, it is a domestic environment and not a commercial kitchen.
Please be aware that I have a dog, she is friendly and will not be in the room during the masterclass. If you are allergic to dogs, please inform me.
4. Personal Responsibility
Participants attend at their own risk. I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session.
Any damage to my property caused by negligence or misconduct may result in a request for compensation.
5. Photography and Sharing
Photos may be taken during the session and shared for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please notify me in advance.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property and Use of Workshop Content
All teaching content, techniques, designs, and methods shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of Anne Craddock and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Participants may recreate what they have learned for personal enjoyment or gifting, but may not use the workshop content, designs, or methods for commercial purposes, including:
Teaching others the same methods as part of a class or online tutorial;
Presenting the designs or techniques as their own original work.
Any reproduction or use of the workshop content for business purposes requires prior written permission from the host. All course content and imagery are protected as Artistic Works of Anne Craddock
8. What you need to bring
· An apron and comfortable clothes which may be soiled with food colouring during the session! The air conditioning unit may need to be switched on if the room becomes too warm for the buttercream. Bring another layer if you wish.
· This course includes tea, coffee and biscuits. You are welcome to bring snacks.
· The course begins promptly at 9.30am, and ends promptly at 1pm on Saturday 25th October 2025
· I live in a cul-de-sac. Please park on the road outside my house or further down the road. Please do not block my neighbours’ drives.
